HW: Due Friday- The Giver extended ending, Olympics packet
Station 1
Lois Lowery leaves the ending of The Giver a little open-ended. Write a narrative (half to full page-or more!) describing what you think happened to Gabe, Jonas, The Giver and the community at the end of the novel. Your ending must keep with the tone and point of view of the novel. Gabe and Jonas CANNOT be abducted by aliens! Don't forget to incorporate descriptive details, dialogue, paragraphs, etc...
