Today we are going to...
Write a short fictional piece about a first day of school from a different point of view.
1. I'll share an example with the class, you will guess who is telling this story
2. During class, you will write your own story about the first day of school from someone or something elses' point of view to share with the class (we'll guess who is telling it!)

Practice with end punctuation, capitalization and commas
1. Complete the first three pages in your purple review book
2. We will go over them in class on Thursday
