BLOCK 9.30 & 10.1

HW: EIC Peanut Plant, Journal 4, CNN Student News-who, what, where, when, why

  • Work on your news story!
  • Interviews-create 5 questions about your story to ask someone else that either experienced it with you or observed it with you. Interview your person if you can in class!
  • Focus on developing the who, what, where, when, and why. Really think about how you can describe who your article is about, what they're doing, when and where it's happening and why it's news.  Don't forget to incorporate what you saw, felt, heard, and if applicable tasted and smelled!
  • Share you article with a peer in class to help them edit
  • Mrs. Western and I will be commenting on your article as well
